South Norfolk

Browick Interchange

A highly prominent greenfield site on the B1136, adjacent to the A11 dual carriage way. This 21.5 hectare development is situated on the outskirts of the historic market town of Wymondham which has been identified as a growth location with a minimum of 2,200 new homes planned to be delivered by 2026.

Hethel Technology Park

The Hethel Technology Park will build on the areas existing expertise in advanced engineering and technology, already established through Lotus Cars and the highly successful technology cluster at the adjacent Hethel Engineering Centre.

The 20 hectare site is located to the South West of Norwich, just 3 miles from the main Cambridge to Norwich A11 dual carriageway.

Norwich Research Park

Greater Norwich is home to the Norwich Research Park, one of Europe’s largest research parks with over 12,000 staff and £100 million annual research spend.

The park houses four renowned research organisations including The Sainsbury Laboratory, John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute and the Earlham Institute (formally known as the Genome Analysis Centre), together with The University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Most of the available land on the park has Enterprise Zone status.

Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor

Longwater Park

Longwater Park is situated on the western outskirts of Norwich and is one of the most established and accessible business locations in the city. It is approximately five miles to the west of Norwich City centre and the park is situated with access immediately to the A47 Norwich southern bypass linking Great Yarmouth to the Midlands.

Longwater forms part of a major out of town employment area with land available for a variety of industrial uses, storage or distribution. It is adjacent to a successful retail park providing excellent on-site facilities: restaurants, health and fitness, and retail.

Broadland

The Food Enterprise Park

The Food Enterprise Park is within the Greater Norwich Food Enterprise Zone (FEZ), one of 17 designated by DEFRA and the only one in Norfolk. Located close to Norwich, it is on the strategic road network at the centre of the largest agricultural county in the UK. The site has excellent road connectivity to London (A11), Midlands (A47, A11/A14) and to the east coast ports at Felixstowe, Great Yarmouth and Kings Lynn.

Broadland Business Park

Broadland Business Park provides grade A office, warehouse, commercial and industrial accommodation in a mature landscaped environment, with superb facilities for staff. Its location, immediately adjacent to the A47 and new Broadland Northway on the eastern side of Norwich, provides excellent access to the region’s transport network.

Broadland Gate

Broadland Gate is a highly prominent and accessible development of 48 acres of serviced land at the A47 and Broadland Northway interchange to the east of Norwich. The site provides excellent access to Norwich International Airport via Broadland Northway and immediate access to the A47 which links to the national road network to London, the Midlands and east coast ports.

Broadland Growth Triangle

Situated adjacent to Norwich, it is an area recognised by the UK government as leading the way for delivering sustainable growth, jobs, homes and investment. But for us it’s a place we want businesses to invest and work in and families to enjoy living in.
